UAE Leader Sheikh Mohammed Prays for Saudi Arabia's Enduring Glory and Prosperity
Dubai's ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum congratulated Saudi Arabia's leadership and people on their 95th National Day, highlighting the strong bonds between the two Gulf nations. The message comes as both countries continue deepening their economic and diplomatic ties across multiple sectors.
In a post on X, Sheikh Mohammed extended his congratulations to King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, along with the Saudi people. "We congratulate my brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and my brother His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the brotherly Saudi people on their 95th National Day," he wrote.
The Dubai ruler emphasized the shared values between the nations, saying "We are united by brotherhood, love, and joy in their glorious days." He added prayers for Saudi Arabia's continued prosperity and stability.
This public show of support reflects the broader strategic partnership between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Both countries have been working closely on Vision 2030 initiatives, joint investment projects, and regional security matters. The relationship has strengthened significantly in recent years, with increased coordination on everything from oil policy to tourism development.
For investors and businesses operating in the Gulf, this diplomatic warmth translates into more integrated markets and smoother cross-border operations. The two economies have been moving toward greater alignment, creating opportunities in sectors like renewable energy, technology, and infrastructure development.
Saudi Arabia's National Day marks the unification of the kingdom in 1932. This year's celebration comes as the country pushes forward with major economic reforms and mega-projects designed to reduce its dependence on oil revenues.
