Heroic Stallion 3 Continues Its Relief Efforts in Gaza
The UAE delivered 21 water tankers to Gaza's coastal municipalities during week 100 of its "Noble Knight 3" humanitarian operation, part of an ongoing effort ordered by President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to support Palestinians facing severe water shortages and infrastructure collapse.
The Emirates also handed over five new ambulances to Gaza's struggling health sector this week. The medical system there has been operating under extreme pressure, with hospitals and emergency services facing critical shortages of equipment and supplies.
The operation supported 58 community kitchens that now produce 15,000 meals daily, feeding more than 750,000 displaced Palestinians. These kitchens have become lifelines for families who lost their homes and livelihoods.
Eight UAE-backed bakeries are producing around 26,000 bread bundles each day, serving 128,000 displaced people. The operation also distributed over 20,000 relief packages across 41 camps throughout Gaza.
Beyond food and water, the Emirates carried out nine humanitarian initiatives serving 3,310 Palestinian citizens during this period. The operation responded to 3,458 humanitarian appeals during the current week alone.
The "Noble Knight 3" operation shows how Gulf states are stepping up humanitarian efforts in Gaza. The UAE's approach focuses on basic necessities - water, food, medical care - rather than temporary fixes. This matters because Gaza's infrastructure has been severely damaged, leaving local authorities unable to meet basic needs.
For displaced families, these services mean the difference between survival and crisis. The daily meal production and bread distribution create some stability in an otherwise chaotic situation. The water tankers address one of Gaza's most pressing problems, as the territory's water system has struggled to function properly.
The scale of the operation - now in its 100th week - indicates this is a long-term commitment rather than short-term emergency aid. This sustained approach helps local organizations plan ahead and maintain services for displaced populations.
