Crown Prince Hails UAE Flag Day as Symbol of National Unity and Integration

Dubai's Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum marked UAE Flag Day with a message celebrating national unity and the country's ambitious future. Sheikh Hamdan, who also serves as Deputy Prime Minister, Defense Minister, and Chairman of Dubai's Executive Council, wrote that Flag Day represents more than just ceremony. "On Flag Day, we celebrate the banner of our unity and symbol of our union," he said. "On this day, and every day, we renew our pledge that our flag will remain high and proud, embracing the clouds and scaling peaks with the ambitions of the union's people."

Flag Day, observed annually on November 3rd, commemorates the day Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan became President in 2004.
